The first stage is to understand what makes a great leader in your organisation. What are the skills and behaviours that make someone an exemplary leader?

We work with you to design a programme that develops the skills and behaviours we’ve identified. The first step often starts with a measure of the delegates Emotional Intelligence (EQ) using a 360 assessment. A high EQ is the foundation that great leadership is built upon.

A typical leadership development programme might involve a series of facilitated ½ day workshops and/or some 2hr bitesize sessions supported with some individual coaching to support the development of the skills and behaviours.
